A glorious afternoon here at Stocksfield Golf Club who kindly hosted the Junior Teams Championship.
A huge thanks to the Club for looking after us so well today – the course was in good order and the food and hospitality matched.
It was great to see Captain Tom O’Malley give his support to the event.
The main event was won for the second year running by Longhirst Hall Golf Course, represented by Sam Jobson, Kaiden Wright and Ollie Beale – with a one under par total of 73 points, in the 2 from 3 Stableford format. Congratulations boys – a great win.
The Team go on to represent Northumberland at The Junior Champion Club event at Spalding Golf Club in August.
