Sara Spencer, Caroline Berry and Cath Rawthore of Cheshire played for the North of England at Fixby Golf Club. Joined by Karen Jobling, Julie Wheeldon, Heather Butcher, Claire Brown and Carole Helme the Northern team beat the Midlands, the South and Scotland to win the Miller Stirling Trophy. The Captain was Anne Cousin of Cumbria and the President was Linda Dorning of Lancashire.
